Our basic premise is that all children are worthy of love, respect, attention, and support. This allows us to create a safe, nurturing, learning environment which will be shared by the children and the adults who work with them.

I have a BS Degree in Finance and MS in Urban Policy 10 years experience working with Youth and 5 years working as a Director of Youth Services at a Settlement House in NYC. I oversaw a Youth Department of more than 20 people and directly supervise and provide instruction for 5 Program Coordinators. In addition, I manage a budget of approximately $1.1 million with the agency, which consist of multi-year grant budgets.
